CISCO-VOICE-ENABLED-LINK-MIB.mib object view, vendor Cisco
Introduction
Most network devices and programs ship with so-called MIB files to describe the parameters and meanings (i.e.: friendly names) which are available for monitoring via SNMP.
ActiveXperts Network Monitor 2024 can import vendor-specific MIB files, so it can be used to monitor specific OID's (Object Identifiers).
This way, you can monitor your devices, computers, etc. by selecting your relevant OID's by name.
ActiveXperts Network Monitor 2024 can import MIB file CISCO-VOICE-ENABLED-LINK-MIB and use it to monitor vendor specific OID's.

Object view of CISCO-VOICE-ENABLED-LINK-MIB:
Scalar Object |
cvEnabledDefaultMacAddr |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.1 |
This item defines the Default MAC Address used by this
node in call set up messages, keepalive requests and
responses.
|
cvEnabledLinkEntry |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1 |
The information regarding a single ATM or Frame Relay
Link. An entry of this table is created when its
associated pvc is enabled for carrying Cisco Switched
voice traffic. The entry is deleted when its associated
pvc is no longer enabled for Cisco Switched voice
traffic.
|
Tabular Object |
cvEnabledLinkIndex |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1.1 |
A monotonically increasing number, starting from zero,
that is assigned to each link that is currently
configured to carry Cisco Switched voice traffic. If a
link is later unconfigured for voice traffic, the
number assigned to it will not be reused. When the
maximum value is reached, the value will wrap to zero
and use a currently unassigned value.
|
cvEnabledLinkType |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1.2 |
The object defines the type of link, either ATM or
Frame Relay.
|
cvEnabledLinkInterfaceName |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1.3 |
The object specifies the iFName of the peer interface
that is used for the voice over ATM/FR call. A zero
length string indicates that the value is unavailable.
|
cvEnabledLinkVpiDlci |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1.4 |
The VPI or DLCI used for this ATM/Frame Relay
connection.
|
cvEnabledLinkVci |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1.5 |
The VCI used, if it is an ATM connection.
|
cvEnabledLinkRemoteMacAddr |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2.1.6 |
The default MAC address of the node at the other end of
the link.
|
Table |
cvEnabledLinkTable |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53.1.1.2 |
This table contains information about ATM and Frame
Relay Links used by voice over ATM and voice over Frame
Relay calls.
|
Object Identifier |
ciscoVoiceEnabledLinkMIB |
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.53 |
This MIB module provides information about Voice Enabled
ATM and Frame Relay Links used by the Cisco Switched
voice protocol.
The Cisco Switched voice protocol passes the default MAC
address for its node to the next node in the path, in both
call setup messages and keepalive requests and responses.
This MAC address is stored at the remote node to identify
where the incoming pvc originates. This information is then
used by the Cisco Voice Manager Application to determine
the voice network topology.
